Your HubSpot forecast, checked against the evidence
HubSpot's forecast tool weights each deal by the probability of its stage and groups deals into forecast categories. Noodle reads the emails and calls behind every deal and shows you where the evidence says something different.

How a HubSpot forecast is put together
HubSpot groups deals into forecast categories: Not forecasted, Pipeline, Best case, Commit and Closed won. A category can update automatically when the deal stage changes, or a rep can set it on the deal. The weighted amount is the deal amount multiplied by the deal probability.
So the forecast follows the stage, and the stage is set by the rep who owns the deal.
What Noodle adds
Noodle imports your deals, companies and contacts, files each email and call transcript against the right deal, and reads the whole deal. It shows your CRM-weighted forecast and the evidence-weighted forecast side by side, by stage, quarter and rep.
When HubSpot says Commit and the champion has stopped replying, you see that before the forecast call.
HubSpot forecasting alone is enough if…
- Your reps keep deal stages current and your forecast already lands close to the result.
- You need forecast goals and submissions tracked inside HubSpot.
Add Belt Noodle if…
- Your forecast keeps slipping and you cannot tell which deals are the problem.
- You spend hours scrubbing the forecast before every review.
- You want a read on each deal that does not depend on anyone updating HubSpot.
